Dean Cook, Esq., J.D.

Dean has a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. Prior to joining SloopSoft Inc as its CEO, Dean practiced law in the Dallas area. He is admitted to both the State Bar of Texas and the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney. Dean is currently pursuing a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. As CEO of SloopSoft, Dean is responsible for the company's day-to-day-operations. Additionally, Dean acts as the company's general counsel and intellectual property counsel.

David Wallace Croft, M.Sc.
Chief Technology Officer / Vice Presdent

David has BSc in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and an MSc in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas. David has more than two decades of experience in the software industry. As CTO of SloopSoft, David is responsible for software product development.
